Capability and pricing are separate. The layers group modules by what they do; the packages group them for pricing. Energy and tariff optimisation is the exception: it belongs to decision intelligence but is included in Professional because it recommends a schedule without controlling equipment.
Limits, export coverage, hosting location and support targets are confirmed in your quote and agreement. The draft service level terms show the arrangements we intend to offer.
Pricing questions
Why is there no price on this page?
The price depends on growing area, zones, sensors, modules and integration work. Tell us those details and we can provide a written quote with the scope and support included.
How is growing area measured?
Total production area under management, counting each tier of a multi-tier rack separately, since that is what actually drives zone count and data volume. Propagation and research areas count at a reduced rate.
Is there a minimum term?
Subscription term and billing cadence are set in the written quote to match the growing cycle and rollout.
What is included in onboarding?
Site and zone modelling, sensor mapping and verification, migration of your existing crop plans into versioned recipes, and staff training. It is quoted separately because the effort varies enormously with how much structure your current records already have.
What if we outgrow a tier mid-year?
The change process and any pro-rating will be stated in the customer agreement. The package bands on this page are indicative and do not create an automatic charge or service change.
Do you charge per user?
Pricing is not calculated per seat, because the operational value depends on the whole team using the same record. The written quote confirms the named-user allowance.
