What this module does

A harvest number on its own tells you very little. Recorded against the recipe the batch ran and the conditions it grew in, it becomes the basis for the next plan and for a commitment your sales side can keep. Forward projections build on this record and are covered separately under forecasting.

Readiness assessment

Crop stage, recent observations and quality parameters in one view when you decide whether a batch is ready.

Quality and grading

Quantity, quality grade, size, colour, freshness and defects captured at harvest, so quality is trended across batches rather than remembered.

Yield capture

Yield by batch, zone and crop on every harvest record, and each plan’s actual yield recorded when the plan completes.

Post-harvest

Washing, packing, labelling and storage recorded as steps on the harvest, with the storage location and temperature.

Storage facilities

Storage facilities with their conditions and capacity, and harvests assigned to the facility that holds them.

Batch number

Each harvest gets a batch number unique across your organisation. Finished stock and order lines can carry it, and the harvest links back to the zone and crop it came from.
